Grab your nine-irons and your love for sleek design, folks!

It’s tee-time in the story of Robert, a business maven with a swing as powerful as his business strategies.

Yet, amidst all the deals and drives, Robert faced an unforeseen bunker.

The Fore-seen Problem

Robert, a golf enthusiast, recently invested in Portugal, envisioning a grand sanctuary.

The catch?

He wanted his mornings with coffee and his evenings with a putter, but not just in any golfing backyard.

No sir, he desired proximity to some of Portugal’s most elite golf courses, while ensuring his home screamed Mid-Century Modern chic.

A peculiar blend?

Absolutely.

Impossible?

Not on my watch.

📞 Dialing the Design Doctor

Realizing his dilemma — balancing his Mid-Century love with his golf passion — Robert reached a former client of ours and Robert’s golf buddy.

Having witnessed our Mid-Century Modern magic firsthand, he whispered our name to Robert “If anyone can create a golfer’s haven,” he winked, “it’s them.”

So Robert reached us and caught our attention right on the very first phone call.

His dream?

A harmonious home near the greens that wouldn’t compromise on style.

🏡 Our Pioneering Plans:

  1. Location Scouting: We’re handpicking plots adjacent or close to premier golf courses, ensuring Robert doesn’t just live near golf, but breathes it.
  2. Panoramic Perspectives: Picture vast, floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of manicured lawns and fairways, all framed in that classic Mid-Century simplicity.
  3. Material Mastery: Think sustainable teakwood decks for him to practice his swings and stone pathways reminiscent of golfing trails, echoing both eco-friendliness and the sport’s charm.
  4. The Golfer’s Retreat: An envisaged personal putting green, melded seamlessly with the home’s aesthetics. Robert’s golf buddies? Green with envy. We’re not just looking at a house near a golf course. We’re building an experience. Think of a sunroom where Carlos can clean his clubs while sipping on a brew, or a bespoke golf cart garage.
  5. Nature Interplay: You think fairways are green? Wait till you see our design. Blending into the environment, ensuring that while Robert swings, he’s hugged by nature. Utilizing native Portuguese plants and water bodies, the design gives a nod to both the golf courses and the nature-centric ethos of Mid-Century Modern design.

🌟 Making Robert the Master of the Greens

As our project unfolds, Robert is not just another entrepreneur with a fancy home.

As the design takes shape, one thing’s for sure: Robert is set to live the golfer’s dream.

Morning tee-offs followed by evening cookouts, with Mid-Century Modern charm in every nook and cranny.

A visionary who didn’t compromise, and who’s set to have, quite literally, the best of both worlds.

So, aspiring golf legends and business tycoons, here’s your takeaway: if you’re ever pondering whether to chase after a golf ball or sit in a swanky Mid-Century home, remember — why not both?

Because with the right architect, the world, or at least the golf course, is your oyster! 🏌️🏡
